Trucking restrictions and GF Indonesia operational hours during Eid al-Fitr

In the lead-up to the Eid al-Fitr 1446 Hijriyah holidays on 31 March 2025 and 1 April 2025, the Indonesian government has announced trucking restrictions during the holiday period:

  • 24-26 March: Access to trucking will be limited; a special permit is required to conduct trucking activities. Trucking companies will impose a 75% surcharge on trucking charges and escort fees may apply
  • 27 March to 7 April: No trucking operations are permitted

During the holiday season, the following cut-off times are applicable:

Exports from Jakarta

  • Shipments with ETD 30 March to 4 April
    • Document receipt: 1200h, 24 March
    • Delivery to CFS: 1600h, 24 March
    • Pick-up is subject to trucking restrictions mentioned above
  • Shipments with ETD 5-11 April
    • Document receipt: 1200h, 26 March
    • Delivery to CFS: 1600h, 26 March
    • Pick-up is subject to trucking restrictions mentioned above


Imports to Jakarta

  • Shipments with ETA 24 March to 7 April
    • Document receipt: 1200h, 22 March
    • Delivery is subject to trucking restrictions mentioned above
