Toll Early Intervention Program

Early intervention / pre-claim programs are used successfully in large Australian businesses as a proactive approach to address workplace injuries effectively and efficiently. The primary goals are to minimise the impact of injuries on workers and promote better injury outcomes through coordinating prompt access to medical advice and treatment and facilitating a safe and durable transition back to pre-injury work.

Toll have partnered with Max Health (previously known as InjuryNet) and run an early intervention / pre-claim program called ‘Initialcare’ for the early management of physical work-related injuries.

It's important to understand that Toll’s Initialcare Program is on an ‘opt-in’ voluntary basis, and the scope of the program varies from state to state to accommodate the Acts of parliament in each jurisdiction.

If you wish to access the Toll Initialcare Program, please speak with your Business Unit Manager or a member of the Toll Injury Management Team.

To confirm your agreement to participate in the Toll Initialcare Program, please sign and return the declaration and authority form contained on Page 7 of the information booklet to your Business Unit Manager, a member of the Toll Injury Management Team or email to [email protected].
