Toll Employee Assistance Program

Toll offers an Employee Assistance Program (‘EAP’) with a range of confidential services to assist with managing the highs and lows of life. This is available to all Toll employees and their families through Converge and Connect Psych. 

There are many ways in which we can all benefit from using EAP services, it’s not just for when we experience poor mental or emotional health. Toll’s EAP can be used when we experience optimal health but simply need advice and guidance, whether it be for family matters, dealing with conflict or seeking assistance when making financial, legal or career decisions.

Employees and family members can access face to face or over the phone sessions with a professional skilled to address a broad range of personal or work-related issues.
